ABOUT THE PODCAST & HOSTS:
Welcome to the Respectful Relationship Podcast.

In this series you can access the conversations that share the stories of people who and the relationships where they experienced respect, disrespect, abuse and violence.

A warning: these are difficult and sensitive topics and we hope by providing a conversation in this intimate format you can find the answers to the questions you might be asking.

The podcast has been designed so you can listen to a specific topic, as the series covers the broader theme of disrespect. Each episode will give you the language to identify the types of abusive behaviours that impact on your health, wellbeing and confidence. We also connect you to those people, organisations and websites you can reach out to if you or someone you know is experiencing something similar.
In Series One we talk to students, those who have now left school to work or undertake tertiary studies, teachers and experts in law, family, education, health and social policy.
In Series Two we are talking to students who want to share their thoughts, feelings and opinions about consent, sexual assault, peer pressure, bullying, social and intimate partner expectations.

Dear Listeners!
We'd like to thank you for listening and show gratitude to our guests. These stories have been organically curated from those who wanted to share their story and be apart of the solution. Most of our guests shared because during their experience this is the conversation they would've like to have had.
